Dr. Tate has been in private practice in the North Dallas area since 2012, specializing in the treatment of acute and chronic pain through advanced regenerative therapies.

She earned her medical degree from LSU Medical School in New Orleans in 2006 and completed her residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at UT Southwestern in Dallas in 2010. She is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

In addition to leading First Class Rehabilitation, Dr. Tate serves as Medical Director at NeuroRestorative Rehabilitation Hospital in Garland.
